- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I found him to be lazy, when asked to look into why Allstate arbitrarily added collision on policies that have never had it. All I got was attitude (he also never did it). When asked to downgrade my policy type I was asked to find another agent. He also took weeks to provide an email audit on my policies.By Anika Evans, August 23, 2017
